Violinist Helen Kim enjoys a versatile career as performer and teacher. Since 2016, she has held the position of Associate Principal Second Violin of the San Francisco Symphony. She was a member of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra from 2011-2016, making solo appearances with the orchestra in both the 2013 and 2014 seasons. Ms. Kim received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, where she was a Presidential Scholar, and her master’s degree from the Yale School of Music.
Ms. Kim has spent her summers teaching and performing at festivals including Aspen Music Festival and School, Yellow Barn, Luzerne Music Festival, and the Innsbrook Institute.
